ApplePhenon® is a natural polyphenol extracted from wild green apples from the central Asia region. By using a proprietary mild patented extraction process, high concentrations of apple polyphenols and powerful OPCs (Oligomeric proanthocyanidins) are extracted.
- ApplePhenon® consists of an unique portfolio of polyphenols from wild unripe apples. It is constituted of 60% procyanidins, 25% phenolic carboxylic acids, and 10% catechins approximately.
- 70% of procyanidins in ApplePhenon® are oligomeric procyanidins (OPCs).
- ApplePhenon® is extracted from the whole fruit (not skin or partial fruit) of selected wild unripe apples in the region of central Asia, free of pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
- ApplePhenon® are produced from unripe apples containing at least ten times the level of polyphenols found in ripe apples.

Clinically, ApplePhenon® at 600 mg per day has proven effective in decreasing visceral fat within an 8 to 12 week time frame in a randomized, double-blind and placebo controlled study.

Lowers Cholesterol Levels
A 4 weeks pilot study showed that a dose-dependent decrease in total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol & an increase in HDL cholesterol were found at dosages of 300mg, 600mg and 1500mg of Applephenon per day.

Skin Whitening Effect
A randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled study showed that healthy women consumed 300 mg and 600 mg of Applephenon /
over 12 weeks showed reduction in skin reddening (sunburn) and obvious skin-whitening effect versus placebo.

Glucose Management
Double Blind study showed that treatment group receiving ApplePhenon® 600mg /day experienced a significant reduction in glucose tolerance test
