Animal Study：
Result: Measured of nNOS expression on control & treatment mice. Treatment Mice P1 received Purwoceng extract with 50mg / mL, treatment mice P2 received Purwoceng extract with 100mg / mL. Control group showed nNOS average value of 75.67, treatment group 1 is 113 and in group 2 is 181.44/ The means expression of nNOS between treatment groups and control group is significant.
